Attach the earring hook towards the chandelier component with all the nose pliers. Set aside.

Attach one bead onto a head pin.

Produce a loop in the straight end of the head pin wire against the bead using the round pliers. To achieve this, put a piece with the wire inside the pliers and close the pliers. While holding the pliers closed, wrap the wire across the outside the pliers. Cut the excess off with the side cutters.

Attach the hook end of a separate eye hook to the hook you just created using a head pin. Tighten each hook using the pliers so the beads don’t fall off by putting both wires from the bottom from the hook inside the pliers and squeezing together to close the hook. Attach two beads onto the wire with the attached eye hook.

Attach the straight end with the eye hook for the loops at the base from the chandelier component and tighten with all the pliers. Repeat these steps for however many strands the chandelier holds. As an example: if the chandelier has 3 hooks at the base, you may continue doing this process two more times to complete one earring.
